Dr. Heather Saran is a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, and the founder of Bright Endocrinology in Scottsdale, Arizona — the region’s first concierge endocrinology practice.

She earned her medical degree from Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed her residency at the Cleveland Clinic, and her fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at The Ohio State University.

Dr. Saran brings deep expertise in managing a wide range of endocrine conditions, including thyroid disorders, diabetes, and hormone-related health concerns.

Her medical philosophy emphasizes prevention, personalization, and partnership. She works closely with each patient to create evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs. At Bright Endocrinology, she offers comprehensive care through a concierge model that allows for more direct, in-depth, and flexible patient support outside of traditional insurance constraints.
