Sandina Bouchan, RP, MACP, is a Registered Psychotherapist who specializes in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and chronic stress. Drawing on both professional training and lived experience, she creates a warm, compassionate, and inclusive space for healing.
Her therapeutic approach helps clients understand how past survival mechanisms may be shaping their present behaviors, emotions, and relationships.
Through this work, she guides people to reconnect with themselves, build self-compassion, and move from states of stress and self-criticism toward safety, balance, and authentic living.
Sandina holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University and has experience working with diverse populations, including immigrants, queer and gender-diverse individuals, and those coping with relational or intergenerational trauma.
She believes that healing begins with curiosity and care, and that every person has the capacity to create meaningful change when supported in a safe, empathetic environment.
