Laghu Shankha Prakshalana

By taking 8 glasses of lukewarm water, stir it with 2 teaspoons of rock salt. Drink 2 glasses of water and follow the given set of asanas by repeating it for seven times.



Stand straight. Stretch your arms above the head and life your hills from the floor while inhaling. Return, while exhaling.

2Tiryaka Tadasana

Tiryaka Tadasana

With arms stretched above the head and standing straight, bend from the waist sideways, while inhaling. Try it on another side as well. First right and then left. Exhale while returning.

3Kati Chakrasana

Kati Chakrasana

Stand straight and place right hand on the left shoulder and left hand on the back. Twist your waist first towards left and then toward right while inhaling. Do change the hands simultaneously. While exhaling, return.

4Tiryaka Bhujangasana

Tiryaka Bhujangasana

While lying flat on the stomach and palms on the floor, raise the upper torso. Before returning while exhaling, twist to left and then right.

5Udarakarshan Asana

Udarakarshan Asana

While sitting on your haunches, push the right knee on the floor and place close the left toe, twist your body to the left. Repeat the process by changing the position of knees. Exhale which coming back to normal.

After doing the asana, drink remaining two glasses of the water and repeat the procedure again for two times. At last, drink the last two glasses and put yourself into shavasan and relax.

Relieve yourself after waiting for the call of nature and feel free and light stomach for the entire day.

Do this process regularly for detoxifying your body.
